Two baby animals from different species have found friendship after enduring tragedy.
Tytan, a baby black rhino, and Notty, a zebra foal, arrived within a week of each other at the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust’s Nairobi Nursery — a specialized care facility for infant orphaned elephants, rhinos, and other wildlife — in Sept. 2025.
Sadly, both young animals moved to the rescue nursery after their mothers died in shockingly similar ways.
