CHESTER COUNTY, PA — Dozens of abused animals were rescued from a hoarder’s home in Chester County recently after shelter officials investigated their discovery of one injured kitten. The suspect has been arrested and faces numerous felony charges.
The Brandywine Valley SPCA first responded to help with a stray dog in Coatesville last week when they came across the kitten, who had a partially amputated front leg that had been duct-taped to her body. That one kitten sparked an investigation that revealed so much more.
