Cataraqui Conservation is asking Cataraqui Trail users to avoid a section of the trail near Clear Lake Road.
According to a release from the conservation authority, the impacted section is the result of a culvert failure and sink hole, located east of Marina Road and west of Clear Lake Road.
“Trail users are being asked to detour around the area using Chaffey’s Lock Road at this time while Cataraqui Conservation staff assess the damage and work to fix the trail. Further details will be posted on the Cataraqui Conservation website and on social media. Thank you for your patience and understanding,” the conservation authority stated.
