After 25 years as a torch-bearer for the punk-rock resistance, Rise Against is hitting the road yet again.
The Chicago-born hardcore band best known for bringing an electric energy to their shows that is rebellious in all the right ways announced a string of North American tour dates for March and April 2026.
The tour kicks off March 3 in Providence, Rhode Island at The Strand, and winds its way through major cities across the U.S. and Canada, including Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, Pittsburgh, Spokane and more. Tickets go on sale Friday, Dec. 12 at 10 a.m. local time via the band’s website.
For fans, the new tour dates mark yet another chance to experience Rise Against’s high energy set live. Over the years, few bands have stayed as true to their message while also evolving their sound. From razor-sharp riffs to thoughtful lyrics about social issues, the Chicago quartet continues to deliver music that feels urgent and alive.
The band released it’s latest album, Ricochet, on Aug. 15, produced by Catherine Marks, the Grammy-winning producer behind Boygenius’ 2023 album The Record. “We found some muscles we didn’t really know we had,” lead singer Tim McIlrath, 47, told Billboard earlier this year, “and I think we’re kinda ready to flex those muscles.”
What better ay to flex them than to take the show on the road?
This tour also comes at a moment when live rock, especially with political bite, feels like more than nostalgia. Rising social tensions and shifting cultural landscapes mean a band like Rise Against still matters. For many, a show isn’t just a night out, it’s solidarity, catharsis, and a reminder that music can still stir collective energy.
Whether you’re a fan from the early aughts or discovering them now for the first time, these shows might be more than concerts; they could be reunions with a soundtrack that still resonates. If you’ve been waiting for a chance to see them live, 2026 might be your moment.
