The third annual Citizen Science Symposium hosted by The Ridges Sanctuary in Baileys Harbor is intended to showcase and celebrate recent contributions to the local science community by citizen scientists and research programs.
And those scientific contributions are important, said Tony Kiszonas, director of research at The Ridges.
